The video game industry is a booming market that offers impressive growth prospects. Indeed, in the space of 50 years, this industry has gone from being a marginal market to a truly flourishing industry. In 2012, the video game industry's turnover was estimated at 60 billion euros, before rising to 75 billion in 2015 and reaching almost 100 billion dollars in 2016. In 2018, this market generated sales of $ 120 billion. According to Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest financial auditing and consulting firms, the global video game market grew 10% between 2018 and 2019, to $ 150 billion. This market could reach 200 billion dollars by 2022.
